Preamble
These general conditions of sale govern all transactions established on the Herbalism Marrakech website. Any order placed on this site implies the customer's unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions.
Object
This contract is a distance contract aimed at defining the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of the products of the company Herbalism Limited Liability Company Sole Associate, with capital of 100,000 MAD, registered in the Trade Register under number (RC) 84180573200028. The common company identifier (ICE) is 002848028000091, whose head office is located at Zenith Business Center rue mouslim lot Bokkar 3rd floor appt n° 14 Bab Doukala Marrakech, Morocco. Transactions are carried out via the herbalismmarrakech.com e-commerce platform.
Definitions
In the rest of the contract, each expression mentioned above will be understood in the sense of its definition, namely:
Distance contract: any contract concerning goods or services between the company Herbalism Marrakech and a consumer as part of a distance sales system organized by the company Herbalism Marrakech which uses exclusively the Internet network until the conclusion of the contract .
Consumer: any natural person who, within the framework of this contract, acts for purposes not falling within the scope of their professional activity.
Order form: document which indicates the characteristics of the products ordered by the consumer and which must be signed by him by "double click" to commit him.
Order: act by which the consumer undertakes to purchase products and the company Herbalism Marrakech to deliver them.
Product
All products in the catalog are sold while stocks last. Herbalism Marrakech reserves the right to withdraw an item from the catalog without notice. It cannot under any circumstances be required to compensate or cancel an order following the impossibility of using the product purchased for any reason whatsoever, due to incompatibility with equipment already owned by the buyer. .
To order
After finding the product(s) that interest you, click on the "order" button, the product is then added to your order form. You can edit your order form at any time and you can return to the catalog by pressing "continue shopping". When you have finished your purchases, validate your order by clicking on the “pay” button.
In the event of an error on your part when entering the order form, we advise you to send us a cancellation request by e-mail to contact@herbalismmarrakech.com within 24 hours; after cancellation of the order by Herbalism Marrakech, you can order again.
Price
The prices mentioned in the catalog are indicated in Moroccan dirhams excluding taxes, are valid at the time of their consultation by the customer and are those in force at the time of the order. VAT is calculated in the order form according to the rate applicable on the day of the order. The order and transactions are carried out in Moroccan DH. Any rate change will automatically be reflected in the price of the products.
Order execution
The order will be executed at the latest within 7 working days or the start of each week days from the day following that on which the consumer placed their order. If the ordered product is unavailable, the consumer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the option to cancel their order. He will then have the choice of requesting either a refund of the sums paid within thirty days at the latest after payment, or an exchange of the product.
Delivery
Delivery is not assured by Herbalism Marrakech, the customer will collect their goods at the delivery address indicated on their order form. The products are delivered to the address indicated by the consumer on the order form. The consumer is required to check the packaging of the goods upon delivery and report any damage to the carrier on the delivery note as well as to the company Herbalism Marrakech within one day. The consumer can, upon request, receive an invoice sent to the delivery address by validating the option provided for this purpose on the order form.
Shipping costs: In Morocco, delivery is free for all orders. For international deliveries, the delivery fee is 250 dhs, but delivery is free for orders over 900 dhs.

However, only goods returned in perfect resalable condition, complete and in their original packaging (unopened) can be refunded.
Guarantee
All products sold in the catalog are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and material defects. The duration of this warranty is at least one year (from the date of invoice). If equipment is returned and deemed non-defective, the customer may be charged shipping and handling costs. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, improper use or negligence.
Proof of transactions paid by credit card
The data recorded by Payzone on the multichannel payment platform on behalf of Herbalism Marrakech constitutes proof of all commercial transactions between you and the company Herbalism Marrakech.
Force majeure
Herbalism Marrakech is only required to perform its obligations to the extent that no force majeure event prevents them.
